Daksesh Patel has resigned as the Chairman of the Energy Fiji Limited Board due to personal and professional commitments as a business executive and Chair of Fiji National Provident Fund and other FNPF related entities.
This has been confirmed by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Professor Biman Prasad who says Rokoseru Nabalarua who is one of the existing Directors in EFL replaces Patel.
He says Patel will continue as a Director in the EFL Board.
Professor Prasad has thanked Patel for his leadership as Chair of EFL over the years and wishes Rokoseru all the best for the new role.
