The Court of Appeal has dismissed the appeal made by Russian superyacht, Amadea’s lawyer against the High Court's decision to register a warrant that was filed by the DPP for the US to seize the superyacht.
They have also ruled that this judgement is not to take effect in regards to its implementation and/or it’s consequential impact until 7 days from notice to its parties.
There are no costs in this appeal.
The yacht arrived into the country on April 12th and is docked in Lautoka.
