Counting in the Fiji Teachers Union National Elections is underway in 22 polling stations nationwide.
There are 4,917 members of the FTU.
The Fijian Elections Office confirmed that as of 2pm today, they recorded a preliminary turnout of 1,931 voters.
The results of the count will then be related to the Fijian Elections Office from the different counting stations and later released to the FTU.
Three of the polling stations used touch screen voting machines while there was manual voting in the rest of the polling stations.
