Chelsea will face Manchester City in the final of the UEFA Champions League as they beat Real Madrid 2-0.
Timo Werner and Mason Mount scored a goal each for Chelsea.
This is Chelsea's first Champions League final since they won the competition in 2012.
Chelsea will take on Manchester City on the 31st of May in Istanbul, Turkey.
