Cases of police brutality are not swept under the carpet – Seruiratu
Seruiratu has assured people that cases against Police such as of brutality are not swept under the carpet but are being addressed appropriately.

Minister for Defence Inia Seruiratu has assured the public that Police brutality cases are not being swept under the carpet and they are being addressed appropriately.

A number of people had raised serious concerns during the consultation of the now retracted Draft Police Bill as to who will police the police.

Seruiratu says those that fall outside the law are taken to task.

He adds they do not condone police brutality.
