The case of the 20-year old man who allegedly murdered a 40-year-old man in Colo-i-Suva has been transferred to the Suva High Court.
Sailosi Naivalurua who has been charged with one count of murder appeared before the Nasinu Magistrates Court today and has been remanded in custody.
It is alleged that Naivalurua struck the victim with a cane knife several times last Tuesday, who later passed away at the CWM Hospital last Thursday.
Police say the alleged incident occurred following a heated argument.
The case will be called again next Friday.
