Police work has been assisted with technology that is aiding their operations as they continue to monitor the Nadi and Lautoka COVID-19 containment area.
This containment area is from Qeleloa heading towards Sigatoka to Nacilau, Vakabuli and the Waiwai crossing heading towards Ba.
CCTV cameras have been and continue to be mounted in strategic locations along these areas maximizing their ability to monitor the situation on the ground.
Police say this is being closely observed at their Command Coordination Centre based at the Totogo Police Station in Suva.
