Swire Shipping Fijian Drua Coach Mick Byrne says they have taken some learning on how to encounter New Zealand teams after playing the Blues.

The Fijian Drua were gallant as they lost 35-18 to the Blues last night.

Speaking after the match, Byrne says he is glad that for the first time they scored a try in the first 20 minutes.

The Blues outscored the Fijian Drua 5 tries to 2.

Mesulame Dolokoto and Onisi Ratave scored a try each for the Drua while Simione Kuruvoli kicked a conversion and 2 penalties.

The Drua will take on the Highlanders at 4.35pm on Saturday.

Meanwhile, fijivillage is giving you a chance to win 1 Drua jersey and 2 silver tickets to watch the Drua vs Highlanders clash live.
