SODELPA MP Mosese Bulitavu has filed a police complaint against Party Leader Viliame Gavoka and General Secretary Lenaitasi Duru.
Bulitavu has accused Gavoka and Duru of perjury.
He has alleged that Gavoka had forged the Management Board Resolutions which said that the Party gave him authority to take Bulitavu to court.
Bulitavu claims this meeting did not take place and the document was forged.
He adds police have informed him that they will be doing the necessary investigation.
Gavoka had earlier filed a complaint in the Court of Disputed Returns to remove Bulitavu as an MP however the case was struck out by Chief Justice Kamal Kumar.
