Police confirm that the Speaker's office at the Parliamentary Complex was broken into over the weekend.
The break in was discovered when a staff member came to open the office yesterday morning.
Police say the suspect has been identified from the CCTV footage and they are expecting an arrest soon.
Nothing was reported missing.
