Blues hooker Ricky Riccitelli scored a double as the Auckland side defeated the Moana Pasifika 32-19 in the Super Rugby Pacific.
Their other tries were scored by Finlay Christie, Luke Romano and Tamati Tua.
Moana Pasifika will meet the Blues again at 6.05pm Saturday.
