The United States beat South Sudan 103-86 in the Men’s Basketball competition at the Paris 2024 Olympics.
Team USA is undefeated so far, as they also thrashed Serbia 110-84 in an earlier game.
Meanwhile, South Sudan won their first game against Puerto Rico 90-79.
Coming up tonight in the Women’s competition, Japan will play Germany at 9 while Australia will meet Canada at 11.30pm, France will play Nigeria at 3.15am and Belgium to meet the United States at 7 am.
In the Men’s competition tomorrow, Japan plays Brazil at 9pm and Australia will meet Greece at 11.30pm.
Taking a look at the medal tally, China is still leading with 9 gold, 7 silver and 3 bronze, host France in second place with 8 gold, 10 silver and 8 silver, Japan in third place with 8 silver, 3 bronze and 4 silver, while Australia settle in fourth place with 7 silver, 6 silver and 3 bronze.
