Police are compiling the case file for former Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama which will be submitted to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Chief Intelligence, Investigations and Prosecutions Acting Assistant Commissioner of Police Sakeo Raikaci says the interview has been suspended.
He had earlier confirmed Bainimarama was being questioned in relation to a report lodged of alleged inciteful comments made in a media release.
He was questioned yesterday and Tuesday.
