Assistant Commissioner of Corrections Senior Superintendent Salote Panapasa has been charged by FICAC and appeared in the Suva Magistrates Court in the last hour.
Panapasa has been charged with two counts of abuse of office and an alternative count of general dishonesty – causing a loss.
She was sent on leave last month.
