Gabriel Jesus, Mikel Merino and Gabriel Martinell scored for Arsenal while Mikkel Damsgaard scored for Brentford.
Liverpool is leading the table with 45 points followed by Arsenal with 39 points, Nottingham Forest is third with 37 points while Chelsea is fourth with 35 points.
