Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka

Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka has assured the nation that the Coalition Government is a government for everyone, whether you voted for them or not.

In a national address, Rabuka says they will serve everyone.

Rabuka says all allegations made against Police and the victimization of non coalition party followers that were raised by FijiFirst MP’s in Parliament will be looked into.

He says the Minister for Home Affairs will liaise with Police in ensuring that this practice, if true, is nipped in the bud.

Rabuka adds that all other allegations linked to political events of 1987, 2000 or 2006 will be referred to the National Reconciliation and Unity Commission, once it is set up and operational.

Rabuka also intends to embark on a nationwide tour, starting in March, to offer his personal assurance that the Coalition Government is a government for all.

He says Fiji is home to all of us , and he wants the people to know that they are not there to exact revenge but to rule with fairness and malice towards none.
