Afghanistan kept their World Cup semi-final dream alive with a comfortable seven-wicket win over Sri Lanka in the Cricket World Cup 2023.

With three games to go, Afghanistan jumps to fifth and stays right in the mix for a top-four finish.

India, South Africa and Australia have high chances of qualifying for the semi-finals. India is currently leading the Cricket World Cup table while South Africa is second and New Zealand and Australia are in third place.

Meanwhile, Pakistan will face Bangladesh at 8.30pm tonight.
