Attorney General Siromi Turaga has confirmed that they have received a report against the Fiji Corrections Service Commissioner Francis Kean.
He says he can also confirm that the matter is with the Constitutional Offices Commission.
Turaga is a member of the Constitutional Offices Commission, who looks after the appointments of the Corrections Commissioner, the Commissioner of Police and the Commander of the RFMF.
