A 53-year-old man has been arrested after a car drove into people on Water Street in Liverpool during the city's victory parade.
Thousands had gathered on the streets to celebrate Liverpool's Premier League win.
Police say it is not yet clear how many people have been injured, or to what extent.
Officers have cordoned off the scene and North West Ambulance Service says its crews are helping to deal with the incident.
