4.9M earthquake felt at 37 km North East Vanuabalavu

A 4.9 magnitude earthquake was felt about 37 kilometres North East of Vanuabalavu at 3.50pm today.

The Mineral Resources Department says that the earthquake occurred at a depth of 514km.

No tsunami warning was issued.
