A 29 year old security guard who is alleged to have raped his niece has been remanded in custody.
The man is charged with three counts of rape.
It is alleged that the incident occurred in the man’s home in Nasinu between the 1st to the 31st of May 2020.
It was heard in court that his niece was 16 years old when the alleged incident happened.
The case will be called on the 14th of this month for hearing of bail application.
