A 27 year old man will appear in the Suva High Court on the 14th of this month after he allegedly raped and sexually assaulted a 17 year old boy in July this year.
According to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, the 17 year old boy had taken a shortcut route to walk to school when he was allegedly grabbed and sexually assaulted by the 27 year old man who was drinking alcohol along the area.
The alleged incident occurred in a cemetery compound in the Nausori area in July this year.
