A 26-year-old man died following a stabbing incident in Tomuka, Lautoka, yesterday.
Police say the victim was rushed to Lautoka Aspen Hospital but was declared dead upon arrival.
They say the incident occurred just after 3pm, and the suspect, a man in his 50s, was arrested shortly after the incident.
While speaking to fijivillage News, a neighbour revealed that the house where the incident took place is occupied by a man and his partner.
She says they saw the deceased man entering the house, and after some time, he came out bleeding and injured.
She added that arrangements were made to take him to the hospital, but he was pronounced dead while on the way.
