A 2 year old girl has drowned at a Sigatoka Resort.
Police say she was allegedly left unattended in the compound of the resort when the incident took place.
She was found motionless in a swimming pool.
Police say their investigators will be looking into the element of negligence.
The drowning toll stands at 11 compared to 16 for the same period last year.
