Two men were arrested earlier today in relation to a break in along Waimanu Road, Suva.
The owner of the house who is a businessman was badly assaulted.
He has been treated and discharged from the hospital.
Police say the two men were arrested and questioned, and one was later released.
They say investigations continue.
