Two men, Prajeet Singh and Joeli Mataniwai and a woman, Desiree Camaitovu, have appeared in the Nadi Magistrates Court charged with one count of unlawful possession of illicit drugs.
This follows an early morning raid conducted on the 24th of February in a home at Fantasy Island whereby 18.2grams of marijuana was allegedly found in the possession of Singh and Camaitovu.
Whilst conducting the search a vehicle allegedly driven by Mataniwai approached the house and quickly took off again, where officers gave chase and arrested him while he was allegedly in possession of 1.09 grams of methamphetamine.

has been remanded while the other two have been bailed and all will appear
again in court on the 4th of March for their next hearing.
