A 15-year-old has pleaded not guilty to charges of raping two overseas volunteers.
The juvenile who is charged with two counts of rape, two counts of criminal trespass and one count of indecently annoying or insulting a person, has appeared in the Lautoka High Court.
It is alleged that on 14th June 2025, the juvenile unlawfully entered an accommodation home in Sigatoka and raped two women aged 19 and 20 years.
The State has filed the information and disclosures in the matter.
The case has been adjourned to next month for mention, and the juvenile has been granted bail under strict conditions.
