A total of 146 evacuation centres are still active around the country with 1,689 people staying in the centres.
The National Disaster Management Office says the Western Division has 30 evacuation centres and is accommodating 942 evacuees the Central Division has 23 evacuation centres and is accommodating 315 evacuees the Eastern Division has 93 evacuation centres and is accommodating 372 evacuees.
