A Heavy Rain Alert remains in force for Yasawa and Mamanuca Group, Viti Levu, Kadavu, Lomaiviti and Southern Lau Group.
The Nadi Weather Office says a trough of low pressure with associated cloud, rain and showers continues to affect parts of Fiji.
They say there will be occasional rain, heavy at times and few thunderstorms.
This may lead to localised flooding of flood prone areas, flooding of minor roads and Irish crossings with some disruption to traffic flow and poor visibility for motorist and mariners.
