Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti says they are back after an own goal from Arsenal's Bernd Leno gifted his side a crucial 1-0 win in the English Premier League.
Everton had failed to win in six games in all competitions.
This is the first time since 1996 where Everton has won a league match against Arsenal.
Over 1,000 Arsenal supporters had also gathered outside Emirates Stadium to show their anger about owner Stan Kroenke's role in the failed European Super League.
