This is the message from Assistant Minister for Finance, Esrom Immanuel to parents and teachers of Wainimala Secondary School while handing over 8 tables and 38 chairs that will improve the learning of the students.
Immanuel told the villagers that the coalition government will not ignore rural schools as every child, whether in the city or the village, deserves a proper place to learn.
The Assistant Minister also sat down with villagers in a talanoa session, listening to their struggles and hopes.
The villagers raised concerns that they want real change, and not just empty promises.
Immanuel assured them that this government is here to deliver, not just talk.
